A Bleach OC commish from snapdragon12. I'm not sure how I feel about the final outcome, so feel free to ask to tweak it, Snap.
Anyway, I shall hand over to the snapdragon himself for the character info:

* Name : Hiroki Yamaguchi

* Description : He has an average height of 5"6, he keeps his spiky black hair short and is almost never seen without a broad grin on his handsome face. His clothing is unusual, in that he wears a sleeveless tunic like Hisagi's, and kung-fu pants, this is to grant him better mobility. But true to the uniform he wears the lieutenant insignia constantly, so as not to mistaken for a random hoodlum.
*Personality: Hiroki can be summed up in 3 words party-animal, independent and lazy. When push comes to shove however he is capable of rallying men and leading them. Whenever he makes a mistake he always does his best to atone for it. His favorite hobby that he picked up from the real world, is parkour, which he has mixed with capoeira and tumbling, so he can also apply it in combat.
*History: Raised from a poor family, he looked up to his elder brother who was a shinigami; his brother lied about how much of a popular and great man he was in the seireitei. It wasn't until after he died that Hiroki learned, that not only did his brother not know the name of his sword, he had just barely scraped his way into the 5th division. At his brothers grave Hiroki took his brother's sword and swore that not only would he acquire his own zanpakuto, he would redeem his brother's name through his sword. That's the reason why he uses two zanpakuto
* Zanpakuto Name : Waraiwashi [Laughing Eagle], his own. Kyouken [Mad Dog], his brother's.
* Zanpakuto Description : Waraiwashi and Kyouken look almost the same when sealed except for the tsubas. Waraiwashi has a feather shaped one, whereas Kyouken's is shaped like a caltrop.
*Zanpakuto Shikai with Phrase: Waraiwashi is released with the phrase "Soar" the zanpakuto transforms into a slim scimitar with a dark green tassel at the pommel. Aside from having a keen edge, it doesn't possess any real special ability. Kyouken is released with the command "Wag". and it takes the form of a clawed gauntlet, and
a bladed chain with a dagger at the tip, the chain can extend to, as of yet, unknown lengths, and can be manipulated by the user. Waraiwashi's female spirit is represented by a small child living within a forest that lets no sunlight in. Kyouken is male is a dog that has a 20 meter tail. Which lives in what looks like a red light district of ancient japan.
* Abilities : He is proficient with zanjutsu and shunpo, But his skills are lacking in all other categories.
* Special Traits : He is very athletic and uses that to his advantage in battle.
